Your challenge
- Coaching teams to think lean and agile while following agreed processes
- Promoting teams to become more self-organizing and cross-functional
- Facilitating an environment focused on continuous improvement and engagement
- Supporting problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Acting as a buffer between the project team and stakeholders
- Facilitating Agile team ceremonies including estimating and planning
- Becoming a member of the TriFinance Expert community "Transformation & Project Management" and directly contributing to the future development of our Business Unit Financial Institutions
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector with at least one project as a Scrum Master
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring the right message across to the team and senior management
- The ability to handle senior management pressure without passing it on to the team
- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban. Certifications are a plus
- Coaching abilities and the ability to convince stakeholders of the importance of Agile practices
- The ability to behave in a servant-leadership style and put the team first
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and strong English skills are essential as our clients are in Brussels and Antwerp.
- Flexibility is key.
