Your profile

As Interim Manager you recognise yourself in the following: 

• You have at least 15 years of experience in the domain of Finance
• You have a critical mindset and take initiatives
• You are a team player who can also work independently
• You are communicative and have a commercial mindset
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
• You have a good knowledge of the most common ERP systems and MS Excel
• You are an ambassador of our philosophy and are willing to act according to while working at our clients. This entails an open communication, transparency and pragmatic work style.
• You find it important to give and receive feedback and you are willing to be involved in our mentoring process
