In order to further embed Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility within our Group (all countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg), we are hiring a Group Sustainability Officer

The Group Sustainability Officer is responsible for the adaptation and embedding of an Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance framework within TriFinance Group 

The Group Sustainability Officer will report to the Group CFO and will work in a hybrid worksheme from one of our offices. 

Your challenge

  • Contribute to the development of CSR and Sustainability framework, policies and guidelines
  • Monitor actual and upcoming legislations, standards & trends
  • Translate legal requirements into business requirements 
  • Define, implement and maintain a CSR/ESG/Sustainability reporting set
  • Ensure embedding of CSR/ESG/Sustainability within our full organization, through training, coaching, mentoring
  • Monitor compliance with CSR/ESG/Sustainability policy.
  • Prepare and support the full certification process
  • Contribute in social media and on the internal platforms on purpose related activities. Be a true internal and external ambassador.

Your profile

  • Passionate by trends and developments within Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • 5 years experience in project & change management 
  • 5 years experience with process management
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying management reporting
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Experience in ESG-reporting and relevant disclosure guidelines like NFRD, CSRD, GRI, SASB; TCFD is a plus
