What we do
The Transition &Support (T&S) units of TriFinance support finance and HR departments of medium and large companies. Our consultants change projects every few months, so they gain a lot of experience at different companies in a short period of time. They constantly learn from each other and from the personal coaching TriFinance offers. This enables them to make a difference for the customer and to lead companies into the future.
These are exciting times for finance professionals. Digitalization is going further and faster, and everyone is talking about automation & AI. In addition, the role of finance departments has evolved tremendously in recent years. They used to 'do the bookkeeping'; today they are the beating heart of a company. At the same time, it has become more difficult to find the right people with the right combination of hard & soft skills. Within this context, communication is essential. It is therefore logical that the job of Communication Manager at TriFinance is so fascinating and enriching.
You help develop the national communication strategy of TriFinance Belgium, together with the Communication Managers of the other business units, so you can always go to your colleagues with questions, for inspiration and for collaboration.
For example: developing recruitment campaigns or B2B campaigns, in collaboration with all the Communication Managers and external agencies.
You translate the national strategy into a local communication plan for Wallonia, Brussels and Flemish Brabant. You contribute to the positioning of TriFinance as a company that supports finance professionals in their personal growth.
For example: further spreading national campaigns through regional media channels such as our recent campaign on www.leaveyourmark.be.
You inspire, motivate and engage the internal teams (BaseCamp) of Wallonia, Brussels and Flemish Brabant to communicate in an attractive way to customers, candidates and colleagues.
For example: organizing a training on personal branding and LinkedIn, inspiring colleagues to share their stories…
● You have experience in journalism, copywriting, public relations, communications, (content) marketing or business consulting.
● You have distinctive strengths in writing and editing for different audiences, from candidates and consultants to clients and media, and you also have an eye for image quality.
● You preferably have relevant experience with social media and community management.
● You are familiar with various communication tools so that you can quickly find your way in our organization, e.g. Marketing Cloud, Google Apps and the CMS of the website.
● You have a perfect knowledge of French and English and good knowledge of Dutch.
