Finance Business Partner | For our client

Your challenge

The Position of Finance Business Partner is a strategic role between Operations, Finance & Management. Therefore, we’re looking for a “high profile” candidate. The main objective of the finance business partner is to load, treat and understand the high volume of information ( so, ideally someone strong in coding/SQL). Then, the aim is having a deep understanding of key information ( such as prices,sales, volume, simulations, forecasting, margins and expenses, …). Finally, the objective is to be a good advisor by analyzing & interpreting the forecasts & assumptions, direct contact with site directors and advising the management. 

Extracts knowledge and insights from high volume, high dimensional data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, which may include statistical analysis, predictive modeling and pattern recognition. Uses existing data platforms and tools including SQL/ERP/CRM/Business Warehouse/SAP, etc. Uses databases, data analysis and visualization software to develop new scripts and visualizations.

Uses the knowledge gained to produce analysis and forward- looking reports as a basis for management decision relating to investments, profitability improvement plans and financial performance appraisal.

• Identify areas for improvement in all areas of the business, through detailed analysis and forward-looking models.
• Prepare Investment Plans and Post-Investment Reviews
• Participate in Acquisition & Disposal & Restructuring Projects
• The planning cycle: forecast, budget and financial plan

Your profile

• Strong IT mindset ( SQL knowledge is a very nice to have)
• IT expert : advanced database management skills & experience
• Minimum 5 year experience in international company or industrial organisation
