Your challenge
As Business Manager, you will work closely with your colleagues Business Development within MI&S and TriFinance.After an introduction in our offering, a challenging set of tasks awaits you.
- Your mission is to support the growth of our company by winning exciting projects.
- You will proactively approach new prospects. Based on the input of the practice leaders, you take the reins and go out like a true hunter.
- You manage and optimize the prospect lists and report to the Business Development lead.
- In addition, you will support the team in following up key accounts and general account management
Your profile
- A true hunter! Diplomacy and persistence are your trademark. You take the initiative and do not stop until you’ve achieved results. Waiting is not your style; you prefer to tackle things right away.
- Picking up the phone and making new contacts does not put you off. You are a master of communication on the phone and get energy from it.
- With structured and independent work, you build a solid sales pipeline and make sure it is always filled.
- You use the CRM platform correctly and efficiently.
- You have experience in a service sector such as consulting, IT services and software or payroll services
- In addition, you already have a first experience in key account management.
- You preferably live between Antwerp and Ghent and are willing to travel within the Antwerp-Ghent-Brussels triangle.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French and are at ease communicating at C-level
