About the job

As a communications content specialist, you play a crucial role in creating and distributing consistent and engaging messages to our company’s Financial Institutions' target group. Your responsibilities encompass both internal and external communications. Internally, you focus on colleagues and alumni working in the Financial Institutions department. Externally, your focus extends to two key target groups: clients in financial institutions and candidates eager to join our Financial Institutions department.

Your challenge

Content Management

  • You develop and implement a content strategy and action plan tailored to the needs of the Financial institution audience (internal and external).
  • You create and distribute written and visual content for articles, blog posts, and social media to increase awareness.
  • You ensure consistency in messaging across our internal and external communications.
  • You measure the effect of communication; you define and monitor KPIs.

Employee and candidate communication

  • You develop communications material, including emails, newsletters, and articles, to keep our colleagues and candidates informed.
  • You co-organize internal events, meetings, and surveys to boost employee engagement.
  • You are co-responsible for recruitment campaigns targeting sector professionals.
  • You act as an advisor in communications-related issues.
  • You ensure consistency with the overall communications strategy and with overall business goals. 

Reputation Management

  • You co-organize events, webinars, and conferences to engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • You coach colleagues representing the organization at networking events and activities.
  • You assist colleagues in creating and refining key messages, speeches, and presentations.

Your profile

  • You are interested in the world of financial services.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have relevant experience in the field of employee communication, content management, or reputation management.
  • You have an affinity with marketing and communication tools, and you learn how to work with them (content management system, social media planning and publishing, analytics, mailing tool, graphic design tools).
  • You are a team player. You can build strong relationships with other departments and functions within the company.
