Your challenge

You are a proactive individual skilled in keeping multiple tasks in motion, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. You have eye for detail and embrace challenges with a positive mindset, demonstrating a can-do mentality. 

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting various business development functions: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the development and improvement of our sales processes, templates, policies, insights, and tools. 
  • Performing marketwatch and develop trend analyses.
  • Facilitating knowledge management through organizing training sessions and deploying knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with all business units and stakeholders and capturing their needs.
  • Supporting in project management of internal projects and initiatives.
  • Performing business development reportings to provide valuable insights, ensuring system hygiene and enrichment.
  • Being a real administrative Jack-of-All-Trades: from planning and organizing internal meetings to overseeing agendas and managing minutes and action points, showcasing your administrative versatility.

Your profile

We are searching for a dynamic individual with the following characteristics:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in administration, office management, economics or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in reporting and business analysis.
  • Solution-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Self-starting team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on attitude.
  • Structured, organized, and able to keep multiple tasks in the air simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Ms Office pakket.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and oral.
