Your challenge
At TriFinance, we help our customers move towards a data-driven, digital organization and we manage projects to drive transformation. Within our Advisory Units, we are therefore looking for (experienced) Project Managers to bring projects to a successful conclusion. The domains we work on are: ERP implementations, finance transformation, risk & compliance, process optimisation and change management.- As Project Manager, you will work for our clients on setting up and improving business processes, tools and/or systems.
- You define the project scope, draw up the project plan and facilitate communication between all project stakeholders. You monitor and report the progress, manage the project team and are responsible for the successful delivery of the results.
- You are actively involved in all phases of the project: implementation, data migration, facilitating workshops, creating blueprints, testings, integration with existing systems/tools/processes, hypercare and training.
- You analyze operational processes at the customer and question them critically. From there, you work out the business requirements together with the customer.
- You advise on correct process flows and help decide what the customer needs and how it will be implemented in the new setting.
Your profile
- You have a master's degree in TEW, Commercial Sciences or Commercial Engineering or a master's degree in another field combined with experience in project and change management in one of these areas: ERP implementations, finance transformation, risk & compliance, process optimisation or change management.
- You have experience in an ERP environment, preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
- You are customer-oriented, you have experience in stakeholder management and project management methodologies
- You have strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- You like to share your knowledge and you get energy from coaching colleagues
- You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
