Our team of skilled project consultants and project managers operates in the field, implementing solutions together with our clients in Luxembourg and abroad. Behind this team, there is a professional and highly motivated internal basecamp team composed of sales professionals and HR/Recruitment specialists who support the growth and daily activities of the unit. Basecamp provides mentoring, coaching and on-the-job training to ensure the quality of our services. For this team we now need support in our recruitment activities.

Your challenge

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who gets energized by the following examples of daily tasks:

  • You are in charge of the recruitment process for future colleagues who will support the growth of our activities in Luxembourg (profiles screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Expanding your network on a daily basis by proactively looking for new colleagues, posting creative vacancies and maintaining your network of candidates in a personal way.
  • Expanding the search for potential partners with the aim of entering into nice collaborations with self-employed persons and freelancers.
  • Together with your colleagues from Basecamp, you ensure efficiency and innovation in the recruitment processes while working on the employers branding.
  • In addition, you can be involved in our different communication initiatives to reach our target groups and in the set-up of events.

Your profile

  • You have a Master's degree and relevant experience of 5 years as a recruiter.
  • You are a networker with a proven experience in the Luxembourg market.
  • You are fluent in French and English. German would be a plus
  • You are creative, flexible and self-starting.
  • You are committed to achieving the team objectives and actively work together with your colleagues to achieve these objectives. Giving constructive feedback comes naturally to you.
