We seek to hire a full-time Controller on a permanent basis for a new client. It is a truly dynamic atmosphere that combines top-tier resources with a strategic location in a thriving economic center.

Your challenge

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and associated procedures,
  • Profound comprehension of accounting, financial reporting, and tax regulations,
  • Strong organizational abilities, adept at multitasking under time constraints,
  • Proactive, independent, and target-driven work approach with a keenness for learning and growth within the role,
  • Vibrant and energetic personality, exhibiting a friendly, open, and cooperative demeanor with a positive attitude toward work,
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a high proficiency in English,
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken French and German is advantageous,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • University degree or equivalent vocational training focused on finance or related fields

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather and consolidate financial data aligned with the company strategy and adhering to financial and reporting standards.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial information supporting planning and managerial decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow and financial transactions.
  • Develop and execute budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct variance analyses.
  • Actively participate in month-end and year-end procedures and handle ad hoc reporting, requests, and projects.
  • Supervise the revenue collection process encompassing invoicing, debt collection, and contract termination.
  • Serve as the primary contact with the accounting company (fiduciary) and external auditors for year-end reports.
  • Identify potential supplier sources, conduct interviews with potential vendors, negotiate favorable supplier agreements, and manage supplier and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure efficient management of general services contracts and contribute to development projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong collaborations with third-party suppliers.
