You start from our experience in finance, but you don’t stop there: your projects cover processes far beyond finance. You analyze needs, set up the business case, bring in the right experts, manage stakeholders and change, and make sure the solution is tested, adopted and supported after go-live. Implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or rescuing a project in trouble: no two assignments look the same.

How TriFinance guided Dewulf through a successful ERP transformation
Dewulf is a manufacturer of agricultural machines with production sites in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Romania. A new digital cloud platform, including a new ERP package, was necessary because the existing on-premise solutions were end-of-life and because Dewulf wanted to standardize and further digitize its business processes across all three locations.
