- Choose your path: after two years, continue into a specialist track such as the Controlling Academy or the Finance Management Academy.

The Young Hub Program is TriFinance's 1.5-year trainee program for graduates: real client projects, structured training, and a team that coaches you throughout.
You know finance, but not yet which part of it is yours. Over 1.5 year, you work on projects for different clients in different industries and follow a training track in financial literacy and consulting skills. You finish knowing where you're strongest and where you want to specialise.

Controlling Academy
Do you want to expand your financial experience and would you like to become a controller? The Controlling Academy offers a three-year program with a mix of training in both hard and soft skills, practical experience, and projects with fellow controllers. You conclude with a practical business case and receive the TriFinance Controlling Certificate upon successful completion.
Finance Management Academy
Do you want to expand your financial experience and do you want to become a versatile finance professional? The Finance Management Academy offers a two-year program with training in both hard and soft skills, practical project experience, mentoring and networking opportunities. You conclude the program with a practical business case and receive the TriFinance Finance Management Certificate upon successful completion.
