Are you an ambitious professional aiming to work as a Pragmatic Advisory & Implementation consultant in ERP projects? Not thinking in application functions and features but in business processes that require the appropriate system support? Are you an advocate of positive change, not just any change but solutions that really work?

Your challenge

  • As an ERP Specialist, you will work as a key user or expert in the customer’s ERP project team. Your projects can be implementations, upgrades, optimizations or recovery of a failed implementation.
  • You bridge the gap between the business and IT, ensuring that the system truly supports the business goals.
  • You co-create the new business processes in finance and controlling, considering the possibilities and limitations of the ERP package. You build consensus around the new way of working, keeping best practices in mind. 
  • You support colleagues in system testing and validation, providing input on usability and accuracy. 
  • You reshape the Finance or controlling environment to get insightful information from both financial and management reporting.
  • You assist in developing and maintaining the relevant documentation.
  • You act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping them understand and leverage ERP capabilities.
  • Post-go-live you will act as a first line contact to ensure user adoption and smooth operation.

Your profile

  • A degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Commercial Engineering, IT with Business major 
  • Relevant finance and/or controlling experience in an ERP environment, preferably S/4, D365 F&O or D365 BC
  • Previous experience as a key user who wants to make the switch to consultancy, or as a functional consultant who wants to focus more on business.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • You like to share your knowledge; you get energy from supporting colleagues
  • You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
