We are pleased to invite you to our round table session dedicated to process driven ERP implementations. ERP implementations remain high on the agenda of many organizations. Yet, technology alone rarely delivers the expected results. True success depends on what happens before the implementation kicks off: the clarity, ownership, and maturity of your business processes.
Join TriFinance, Microsoft, and Mavim for an interactive session on making ERP implementations successful. During this session, we will discuss how to align your processes with your technology to ensure long-term adoption and efficiency.
What to expect
During this session we will address and discuss various angles:
- An overview of the success factors that determine whether an ERP project succeeds or fails: What do you need to take home?
- The Future of AI-Driven ERP: Transforming systems of record into intelligent automation and proactive decision-making.
- From theory into practice: a case review where we will look into the practical journey of Dewulf’s ERP implementation, highlighting lessons learned and best practices.
- How to bridge the gap between implementation and long-term success using a Digital Twin of the Organization (DTO) and Process Intelligence.
- Peer-to-peer exchange: Connect and discuss with experts & transformation leaders challenges and solutions.
Following the presentations, we will continue the conversation over a roundtable dinner, with informal discussions between courses.

Speakers
TriFinance - Johan Reunis, Olivier De Boeck
We’ll move away from the theoretical approach of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation and deep dive into practice. During this session, Johan will present the approach of the ERP Implementation at Dewulf, lessons learned and the best practices.
ERP implementation is more than a software implementation. The driver for successful ERP implementations is driven by how your business processes are designed into that ERP system. Olivier will go through this driver, how to align your business processes and how they can make a difference within your ERP journey.
Mavim - Job Baas
A successful ERP go-live is only the beginning; the real value lies in long-term adoption. Job will explain how combining Process Intelligence with a process-driven approach ensures your Microsoft environment is fully embraced by the organization. He will showcase how the Business Process Catalog in Mavim transforms strategy into a visual Digital Twin of the Organization (DTO), creating the transparency and alignment needed to turn process design into operational reality.
Microsoft
Microsoft continues to lead the way in the next generation of Enterprise Resource Planning. By embedding AI-driven insights directly into core workflows, Microsoft Dynamics 365 enables organizations to solve complex business challenges with increased agility. This approach transforms Finance and Operations from a traditional system of record into a system of intelligence, empowering teams to move away from manual tasks and focus on strategic growth.
