We’ll move away from the theoretical approach of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation and deep dive into practice. During this session, Johan will present the approach of the ERP Implementation at Dewulf, lessons learned and the best practices.

ERP implementation is more than a software implementation. The driver for successful ERP implementations is driven by how your business processes are designed into that ERP system. Olivier & Lander will go through this driver, how to align your business processes and how they can make a difference within your ERP journey.
