Junior Global E-invoicing Consultant (English)

Jouw uitdaging

Your challenge:

As a Global E-invoicing Consultant, you will provide valuable insights into invoicing processes and relevant e-invoicing regulations for international organizations. Utilizing our Electronic Invoicing Global database, you will guide clients in developing an e-invoicing strategy that meets their compliance needs. You will work collaboratively with clients to establish a vision for increasing automation within their e-invoicing processes, devising practical project plans to improve invoicing processes, insights, and implementing e-invoicing solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our e-invoicing knowledge database;
• Periodically communicate with clients regarding e-invoicing challenges and issues worldwide;
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing e-invoicing solutions;
• Provide product demonstrations to potential clients;
• Support the further development of our e-invoicing proposition.

Wie we zoeken voor deze vacature

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in English;
• Basic knowledge of Dutch;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a financial software environment;
• Experience and knowledge of e-invoicing and/or EDI applications is a plus;
• Previous work experience in tax, legal, or e-invoicing software is a plus.
