E-Invoicing in Belgium 2026: Take our readiness survey and benchmark your organization

E-invoicing is about to become the new standard in Belgium. From January 1, 2026, all VAT-registered companies will be required to send and receive structured electronic invoices through the PEPPOL network.

This shift goes beyond replacing paper or PDF invoices: it will reshape financial processes, compliance routines, and the way organizations interact with customers and suppliers.

For many companies, the timeline is pressing. Implementation projects for e-invoicing take time, as they involve aligning business requirements, integrating with ERP or finance systems, and ensuring supplier and customer readiness. With less than five months before the deadline, organizations that have not yet started risk falling behind.

Check your readiness for mandatory e-Invoicing 2026

With this survey, TriFinance is researching how prepared Belgian companies are today. By collecting input from across industries, we want to draw a clear picture of where organizations stand, what progress has been made, and which challenges remain.

Your participation will help us. In return, you will receive a management summary with aggregated results and expert analysis. This will give you the chance to benchmark your company against peers, identify gaps, and define the right next steps toward compliance and process improvement.

The survey takes just five minutes to complete, works on any device, and your answers will be treated with full confidentiality.

Now is the time to find out where your organization stands on the road to e-invoicing.
