TriFinance Pragmatic Advisory & Implementation: What we do for our clients

Helping organizations become more robust, scalable, and future-ready.

When organizations face structural shifts, M&A, margin pressure, new regulations, digitalization, their operating model often cannot keep pace. TriFinance Transformation Solutions helps clients rebuild that model across five essential dimensions: People, Processes, Governance, Data, and Systems.

We deliver this through four complementary capabilities:

• Organizational Design:  Redesigning roles, responsibilities, and governance so organizations can scale without losing control.
• Operational Excellence:  Analyzing end-to-end processes to identify where value is lost, then redesigning work in a way teams feel immediately.
• Workflow Automation:  Automating what should be automated, so people can focus on what truly matters and operations can scale without added headcount.

The challenges clients bring us:

• Structural or strategic shifts: M&A, new business models, integration challenges
• Profitability pressure: shrinking margins, rising overhead, the need to do more with the same resources
• Performance issues: fragmented teams, frustrated customers, lack of leadership transparency
• External forces: new regulations, digitalization, AI - reshaping how people, processes, and systems must work together

Helping companies build a connected landscape of business applications, where processes, data, and people finally align.

Most digital transformations stall not because of the technology, but because of misaligned processes, unprepared teams, and poor project governance. TriFinance Business Integration guides organizations through the full ERP and business application journey, from selection to stabilization.

We intervene at four critical moments:

• Software Selection & Partner Advisory: Independent, vendor-neutral guidance to choose the right software and the right implementation partner.
• Readiness Assessment & Change Preparation: Assessing organizational readiness, preparing teams, and bridging old ways of working with new ones.
• Implementation Project Management: Hands-on project management with change management built in, covering process mapping, data migration, and solution testing.
• Post Go-Live Optimization: Stabilizing adoption, unlocking expected business benefits, and transitioning to fully integrated operations.

What makes our approach distinctive:

• We remain fully independent from software vendors - our advice stays objective
• We embed change management into every phase - not as an add-on, but as part of our DNA
• We focus on function over form: practical, real-world results over theoretical frameworks
• We work across the full business: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, not just IT

Elevating Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Risk Management into proactive strategic partners.

In a world of rising cybersecurity threats, regulatory complexity, financial pressure, and operational volatility, risk functions have never been more critical, or more stretched. TriFinance Risk Advisory helps organizations transform their risk and control environment from a compliance obligation into a genuine business advantage.

We operate across three core disciplines:

• Internal Audit: Risk-based audit planning, full-population analytics, and pragmatic recommendations reported to the Audit Committee.
• Internal Control: Right-sized control frameworks, automated controls, and continuous monitoring dashboards, focused on what truly matters.
• Enterprise Risk Management: Strategic risk assessments using industry-specific risk universes, our ERA tool, and visual heatmaps that help leadership see the risks others miss.

The questions clients bring us:

• "We don't have the expertise to audit cybersecurity" or "our team is too small to cover the full audit lifecycle."
• "We need a control framework that fits our size, not a SOX-level burden."
• "We're facing recurring errors and value leakages. How do we fix them?"
• "We lack sufficient insight into the strategic risks we face today and those emerging in the near future."
• "How do we connect risks to internal controls and mitigation plans?"

Turning fragmented data into reliable insights, automated reporting, and future-proof planning.

Most companies don't suffer from a lack of data, they suffer from a lack of structure, integration, and ownership. Reports don't match. Systems don't speak to each other. Controllers spend more time fixing errors than analyzing insights. TriFinance Data & Reporting helps organizations build the foundations that allow Finance to evolve from scorekeeper to strategic business partner.

We deliver this across four interconnected domains:

Data Engineering: Connecting systems, building data lakes and warehouses, and creating the pipelines that make reporting possible.

BI & Analytics: Dashboards and reporting models (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric) that move clients from descriptive to predictive insights.

EPM / CPM: Planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions (Vena, Aimplan, Tagetik, Lucanet) that replace spreadsheet chaos with integrated FP&A.

Consolidation & ESG Reporting: Governed, audit-ready reporting for statutory consolidation and growing ESG regulatory requirements.

The types of questions clients bring us:

• “Our reports don’t match.”
• “We spend days cleaning data instead of analyzing it.”
• “We want to automate our reporting but don’t know where to start.”
• “Our planning process is too slow and too manual.”
• “We need a single source of truth.”
• “How do we take ownership of our data?”

A concrete example: After their ERP transformation, Macadam engaged us to build a full data ecosystem lakehouse, Power BI dashboards, and Vena for planning. The result: one version of the truth, automated reporting, and a planning process that supports growth.

Across all four service lines, our approach is the same: pragmatic, hands-on, and business-driven. We don't stay in one silo. We don't deliver slide decks and leave. We embed ourselves in our clients' reality, work alongside their teams, and ensure that what we build actually gets adopted and delivers lasting impact.

We work across industries, from mid-sized companies to large multinationals, bringing together functional expertise, system knowledge, and a genuine commitment to making organizations stronger, faster, and more resilient.
