About Great Place to Work® and Best Workplace™
Great Place To Work is a European organization that offers surveys to assess companies’ employee experience. The goal is to help organizations create a working environment where people feel trusted, valued and encouraged to develop personally and professionally. The Great Place to Work Certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding employee experience.
The label Best Workplace is mainly based on an employee survey of the organizations involved. The research is conducted by the Great Place To Work Institute Belgium in collaboration with Vlerick Business School. The Great Place To Work Institute looks at organizations in two different ways. On the one hand, the employee survey examines how employees experience credibility, respect, honesty of their managers, pride and collegiality in their company. On the other hand, a Culture Audit evaluates the organization's employer policy.
