We’re proud to announce that TriFinance has once again been recognized as a Best Workplace and has secured the number 3 spot in Belgium’s Top 10 Best Workplaces 2026™.
Earning this recognition for the second year in a row is a remarkable milestone. What makes it truly meaningful is the way our people have evaluated their own experience: 80% of our colleagues indicated that they receive the development they need to further themselves professionally. It reflects how deeply they value the opportunities to grow, learn, and develop within TriFinance. And It shows that our focus on continuous development is genuinely felt across the organization.
This achievement belongs entirely to our people. There is no me without we. Their dedication, their trust, and their continuous contribution to our shared culture make TriFinance the workplace it is today.
About Great Place to Work® and Best Workplace™
Great Place To Work is a European organization that offers surveys to assess companies’ employee experience. The goal is to help organizations create a working environment where people feel trusted, valued and encouraged to develop personally and professionally. The Great Place to Work Certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing outstanding employee experience.
The label Best Workplace is mainly based on an employee survey of the organizations involved. The research is conducted by the Great Place To Work Institute Belgium in collaboration with Vlerick Business School. The Great Place To Work Institute looks at organizations in two different ways. On the one hand, the employee survey examines how employees experience credibility, respect, honesty of their managers, pride and collegiality in their company. On the other hand, a Culture Audit evaluates the organization's employer policy.
Employees first
At TriFinance & TriHD, we foster a culture of open communication and transparency. We value the insights of our colleagues about working at our company. That’s why we chose to partner with Great Place To Work to offer a platform for anonymous feedback. The input allows us to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Additionally, Great Place To Work and Best Workplace offer an objective external benchmark, enabling us to learn from similar companies in Belgium and Europe, which allows us to optimize our employee experience in the long term.
We are committed to continuously improving our work environment to offer a positive workplace that brings out the best in our employees. The growth of people comes first.
