Jouw uitdaging

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to take on following tasks:

BENE Finance & tax business partner:

• Provide tax, treasury, structuring, accounting support in commercial transactions (e.g. purchases, sales, leasing), using expertise from other internal subject matter experts and external advisors when necessary.
• Credit checks on customers and general contractors.
• Monitor and coordinate the financial aspects of the portfolio of companies with a critical eye to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy and support decision making processes.
• Provide administrative support in respect of all relevant matters arising in the daily management of our BENE operations including Company Secretarial matters.
• Monitor and analyse emerging finance and tax requirements and coordinate their resolution with the relevant team members or business divisions.

Financial Controller CE:

• Monitor, assess and improve the analytical quality of statutory and IFRS financial data through the use of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data anomalies, discrepancies and trends affecting accuracy of financial reporting.
• Implement and track corrective measures to enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial information..
• Safeguard and take ownership of and continuously improve financial reporting processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of data quality initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for finance teams to promote awareness and adherence to data quality best practices.

Jouw profiel

Do you recognize yourself?

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or relevant working experience (+5 years) within the Finance/Controlling domain.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Problem solving mindset and ability to deal with emerging business trends and issues.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and a strong affinity with the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated learner mindset, continuously updating knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic understanding of the bigger picture.
• You are fluent in English
• You have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• You have an eye for detail and are deadline driven
• You are a true multitasker with adequate organisational skills
