5 reasons why TriFinance is the perfect EPM partner for your organization

Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) refers to the processes and tools that help organizations manage and improve their performance. From budgeting and forecasting to strategic planning and financial reporting, EPM software integrates these functions to offer better visibility and control. One of TriFinance’s key differentiators is its comprehensive EPM implementation methodology. This approach ensures that the EPM implementation fully aligns with your company’s specific needs. Our methodology consists of the following steps:

• Analysis: Before selecting or implementing an EPM solution, we conduct a thorough analysis of all functional and technical requirements. This is documented in a blueprint, which serves as the foundation for the implementation, ensuring alignment on the project scope. Our goal is to make the blueprint as concrete as possible, including the technical architecture, process flows, mock-ups of input screens, desired report outputs, data model design, and any necessary calculations or allocations.
• Build & Implement: Before starting the implementation we agree on the desired project governance. Our project approach is inspired by the SAFe methodology. We organize the project in different workstreams. Each workstream is thoroughly tested in close collaboration with key users. We monitor budget, planning, and scope through regular steering committee (steerco) meetings, ensuring alignment and progress throughout the project.
• Transition: Before the go-live, we ensure the entire solution is tested and documented. To enable internal management of the new EPM procedures and solution, we provide technical and functional training to key users and end users.
• After Care: After going live, we monitor the usage and adoption and make sure an update and maintenance process is in place.
