Receive a referral bonus

What's in it for you?

If your referred candidate is hired for a permanent position at TriFinance and completes six full months of continuous employment, you will receive a €750 gross referral bonus.

How does it work?

  • Step 1: Inform the candidate and ask consent
    Inform the candidate about the referral and obtain his/her explicit consent to share their personal information, such as CV and contact details.
  • Step 2: Send an email to membergetsmember@trifinance.be 
    Include the candidate's CV, the job title or the role for which the candidate is referred, your own full name and contact details. Don't forget to add the candidate's email address in CC.
  • Step 3: Receive a referral bonus
    Receive a referral bonus of €750 gross in the seventh month following the candidate’s start date, provided the candidate is still employed by TriFinance at that time.

Rules of the game

Conditions

Do you keep these conditions in mind to be eligible for the referral bonus?

All of the following conditions must be met:

  • The referred candidate has not applied at TriFinance or been in contact with our recruitment team during the past 12 months.
  • The referred candidate has not previously been referred by someone else.
  • The referred candidate must be proposed before the candidate applies him/herself or is contacted by a TriFinance recruiter.
  • The referred candidate must be CC’d in the referral email, indicating that:
    • The referrer has informed the candidate;
    • Explicit consent has been obtained;
    • The candidate agrees to be referred to TriFinance.
  • Referrals must be sent to membergetsmember@trifinance.be with all required information.
  • The referred candidate must complete six full months of employment at TriFinance under a permanent contract.
  • There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Rewards are granted for each successful hire.

Due to privacy regulations, TriFinance cannot provide updates about the status or progress of your referral’s application. The referred candidate will be contacted directly if he/she is selected to move forward in the recruitment process.

TriFinance reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes or questions, the final decision rests with TriFinance’s care (HR) department.

We will use the personal data of the candidate only for this process specifically.
