Process Management Consultant

Your challenge

As a Process Management consultant you challenge our clients within the Corporate, Public or Financial Institutions industry in optimizing their organization, processes and controls. You have the opportunity to:

• Capture and structure the current state of processes at our clients within the Corporate, Public or Financial Institutions
• Facilitate workshops, while engaging and ensuring alignment of all stakeholders
• Perform assessments and analyses, and identify process interconnections and dependencies
• Provide insights and solutions to our management leads to challenge, streamline and redesign processes allowing an optimized way of working
• Work together in team, giving you the opportunity of learning from experienced professionals
• Take active part of a project transformation team

Your profile

You can describe yourself as someone with:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Business Process and/or Change Management within a corporate, bank or insurance company, or within a consulting firm
• knowledge of end to end business processes and an eagerness to dive into them in search of simplification and optimization
• methodological experience with business process management 
• the ambition to be a pragmatic and critical consultant in a profoundly changing environment
• an analytical mind with a healthy curiosity to explore and develop
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
