Your challenge
- As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the customer’s ERP project team.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders and key users, translating business requirements into effective ERP functionalities.
- You are responsible for analysing, documenting and validating processes, ensuring that the ERP system aligns with the customer’s operational needs and strategic goals.
- You revise the operational processes of the customer and challenge where needed. You identify areas for improvement and always have the best practice and the core ERP concept in mind.
- You cooperate with the implementation partner to ensure that business needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
- You participate in all phases of a project: design (fit-gap) workshops, configuration discussions, blueprints, data migration, testing, integration with other systems, hypercare and training.
- You support change initiatives by providing clear test scripts, documentation and by assisting in training and testing activities.
- You act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping them understand and leverage ERP capabilities.
Your profile
- A degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Commercial Engineering, IT with Business major or a degree in another related field
- Experience as an ERP business analyst, ERP functional consultant or you acted as a key-user in an ERP implementation project and want to make the switch to consultancy.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive and cooperative mindset
- Experience in finance or controlling is a plus
- You like to share your knowledge and you get energy from supporting colleagues
- You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
