Your challenge
- Project delivery and operational execution, including planning, budget, scope, change/issue management, and resource management
- Communication coordination to all stakeholders
- Process/methodological improvements
- Mentoring and motivating colleagues working with you on specific projects
- Acting as a true TriFinance ambassador and spotting business opportunities at clients
- Supporting the further development of the Transformation & Project Management community
Your profile
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial sector
- Relevant project management experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- An entrepreneurial mindset, and a real team player and knowledge sharer
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and strong English skills are essential as our clients are in Brussels and Antwerp.
- Flexibility is key.
