Your challenge

As an Operational Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' Back & Middle Office Operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage business continuity:
    • Banking Operations: related to Credits, Securities, Payments & Accounts, and Treasury & Financial markets.
    • Insurance Operations: oversee Claims, Underwriting & Contract Management, and Sales & Distribution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the enhancement of governance, processes, systems, and reporting frameworks 
  • Community Growth: Contribute to the development and expansion of the TriFinance Operations Community.
  • Leadership: Depending on your experience and ambition, you may also mentor and manage other TriFinance consultants.

Your profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Operations, specifically within one or more of the following areas: Credits, Securities, Payments & Accounts, Treasury & Financial markets, Claims, Underwriting & Contract Management, and Sales & Distribution.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of key processes in Back & Middle Offices, such as clearing & settlement, collateral management, custody, claims management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Tools proficiency: Familiarity with core tools is a plus: Thaler, Evolan, Sophis, Murex, Calypso, Avaloq, FRONTeO, T24, Olympic, IntelliMatch, etc.
  • Key attributes: A detail-oriented, pragmatic, and critical mindset, combined with a team player attitude.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
