Your challenge

  • Support ESG implementation projects, such as ESG data, sustainability labels compliance, and ESG processes and controls.
  • Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, including front and back office, IT, risk, and more.
  • Understand the impacts of ESG and the operational implications, and assist clients in shaping their target business processes.
  • Understand customers' needs in integrating ESG factors into existing processes and investment decisions.
  • Support in the identification of priorities, metrics, targets, selecting data providers, designing governance, and implementing sound internal control, oversight, and risk management practices.
  • Advise clients on their risk and regulatory agendas and help them operationalize these in their day-to-day businesses.

Your profile

  • Experience in ESG-related matters and preferably experience in the EU sustainable finance agenda.
  • Master's degree with relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Two years of experience in project planning and management and financial management.
  • Financial acumen, ability to navigate complex regulations, analyze metrics, and proven experience in building a framework, setting and managing KPIs.
  • Dynamic team player with exceptional communication skills and a passion for innovation, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving. 
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English as our clients are in Brussels and Antwerp.
  • Flexibility is key.
