Your challenge
You will be part of our fast growing and ambitious team in Hasselt. As a business manager, you are the spotter for opportunities and solution selling at large and mid-size corporate companies in the Kempen and Limburg region.- You initiate and build strong relationships with existing customers and prospects. Thanks to your follow-ups, phone calls and client meetings, you keep your contacts warm within our existing client portfolio. Either from home office, from our office at the Corda Campus, or on location at the client's premises. You listen to their needs in the finance department, and through your solution-oriented approach you think about solutions.
- You act as a true business partner at C-level. You think through our complete service portfolio to find pragmatic solutions (in addition to staffing also consultancy).
- You take initiatives to stay top-of-mind with your clients, such as presence on social media, community-building and networking events.
- You keep reinventing yourself by working out market and customer analyses. This is how you continually determine your focus.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial/sales role, experience in consulting is a plus;
- You have experience working with clients at both management and C-level;
- Advising your clients gives you energy! You are customer focused and have strong communication and persuasion skills;
- You have a strong affinity for finance and consulting;
- You spot leads from miles away and have the commercial skills to convert these leads into business;
- You master both Dutch and English.
