Your challenge
As a Data Analyst, you facilitate data-driven decision-making at our clients and translate business goals into practical data-driven solutions. To do so, you will work on following data analytics domains:
- Identify & Capture data: you collaborate closely with finance, risk, and operations teams of financial institutions to grasp their needs and requirements.
- Transform & Analyze data: you gather, transform, enrich and analyze data to extract valuable insights. You use data analysis tools, languages, and methods to spot trends, correlations, anomalies and work on predictive models.
- Interpret & Visualize data: you derive key insights and conclusions that benefit the business. You prepare reports and visual presentations to share your findings.
- Make the storytelling: you deliver compelling narratives to business stakeholders.
Your profile
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the banking or insurance sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar programming languages. Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective presentation of data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high accuracy in all work.
