Your challenge
As a Junior Consultant Public Procurement, you will support public and non-profit organizations in their procurement processes. You will manage smaller files from A to Z, ensure accurate follow-up, and report clearly to clients and the internal project manager.In addition, you will participate in audits of procurement organizations, help identify areas for improvement, and contribute to formulating control measures to make processes more efficient. You actively share your knowledge and support colleagues where needed. With your critical mindset, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the client's operations.
Your role in practice
- Managing and following up on procurement orders and public contracts of limited value (< €30,000);
- Drafting and monitoring smaller tender documents (> €30,000);
- Planning and monitoring priorities and timelines within procurement files;
- Supporting audits and analyses of procurement organizations such as local authorities, non-profits, and hospitals;
- Collaborating through our Expert Practice Public Procurement on various aspects of the procurement cycle, such as drafting award reports, reviewing tender documents, and assisting with publication procedures in tandem with your colleagues;
- Supporting medior and senior consultants in a wide range of procurement projects.
