Your challenge
- You independently build and maintain a strong network of candidates.
- You continuously search for talent, both proactively and reactively.
- You conduct in‑depth interviews to clearly understand ambitions, competencies, and drivers.
- You act as an ambassador for TriFinance through events, job fairs, and networking activities.
- You understand the needs of the business and translate them into sustainable talent matches.
- You actively contribute to the long‑term strategy and further professionalization of the recruitment process.
Your profile
- You bring solid experience in a financial context or in a talent acquisition role within a consulting environment.
- You speak fluent Dutch and French; strong command of English is a significant asset.
- You easily set priorities, switch quickly, and maintain focus.
- You combine persuasiveness with a pragmatic approach, ensuring conversations are result‑oriented and processes keep moving.
- You take ownership of your cases, work in a structured way, and ensure accurate and consistent follow‑up in the systems.
