Business Development Coördinator - Pragmatic Advisory & Implementation

Your challenge

We are looking for a driven and communicative professional to support our four Pragmatic Advisory departments – Risk, Finance Transformation, Business Integration, and Data & Reporting – in creating new commercial opportunities. You will play a key role in scheduling meetings with clients and prospects, following up on commercial actions, and supporting our Expert Practice Leaders (EPLs) in their client-focused initiatives.


  • Actively support the Expert Practice Leaders in scheduling meetings with clients and prospects based on predefined sales plans.
  • Present our services with enthusiasm and professionalism to potential clients to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Follow up on leads generated from various channels such as webinars, roundtable sessions, events, or market developments (e.g., regulatory changes or sector shifts).
  • Collaborate with business managers to further activate existing clients and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Organize events such as the “CFO Day,” training sessions, and other initiatives that strengthen our market positioning.
  • Support communication activities on social media to enhance visibility and engagement with our target audience.


Your profile

  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven, with a natural interest in our professional services.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can convincingly convey our message to clients and prospects.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with both technical experts and account managers.
  • Experience in event organization or marketing communication is an asset.
  • You work in a structured and autonomous way, with strong prioritization skills.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
