In the beginner training program, the main focus is introducing the order-to-cash process to starters in credit management. After concluding this training program, the trainees should have a conclusive understanding of the order-to-cash process and each of its subprocesses.
In this introductory training program, several best practices in the field of credit management will be introduced, and several tips and tricks will be shared which can be implemented immediately in the trainees' operational context.
Target Audience
This level of training is designed specifically for people taking their first steps in a credit management role. We recommend it for credit management professionals with up to one year of experience. Beginning collectors, credit controllers and risk analysts will certainly benefit from this program, as it provides a general view of the broader order-to-cash process. This way, they can more easily identify their own role and position within the process, and communicate with the other stakeholders involved.
