For our client active in healthcare, we're on the hunt for a Policy Officer IT and Program Management.
Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare?
Your challenge
As policy officer IT & Program Management, you will support the management of the IT department. This may entail preparing meetings content-wise, policy files and (policy) projects. You will set up improvement projects regarding quality and efficiency within your domain and follow-up on the implementation.
Other tasks may include:
- Assisting in the preparation of policy plans, investment files, and annual budget
- Preparing accreditation and work procedures
- As an expert in legal obligations regarding IT and program management concerning BFM financing, you will prepare these files.
- Processing and analysing policy information for the department
- Coordinating new and ongoing projects to optimize the (daily) operation of the department
- Supporting the management of the department and taking care of the agenda, preparation, and reporting of the management meetings
Your profile
- Master’s degree
- Affinity with IT and Program Management
- Strong understanding of business economics
- Proven experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Dutch
- Experience within healthcare is an added value!
