Are you passionate about Finance? Do you have an eye for detail, and do you like to work very precisely? TriFinance is currently looking for a junior bookkeeper to join the internal Finance Team.
Your challenge
As a junior bookkeeper you report to the Finance Manager. You are responsible for a broad scope of accounting matters.
This includes starting from :
- Full responsibility of the Credit collection via Bilendo
- Data management in our Business Administration Platform (ERP)
- The follow-up of time sheets of the Consultants
- Posting banks in our Business Administration Platform
- Posting invoices on client’s portals
On the mid-term the responsibilities will expand to:
- Invoicing runs
- Booking suppliers' e-invoices
- General accounting
- …book
Your profile
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
- You have great affinity with Finance or already have a first experience in the domain
- You have a strong sense of organization and structure
- With your good communication skills, you can work in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- You are a multi-tasker and able to set priorities
- You are assertive, hands-on and a real problem solver
- You have knowledge in Excel
