Your challenge
As a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant at TriFinance, you play a key role in the context of finance transformation. You build a strong, efficient finance organisation by optimising processes, establishing a well-thought-out organisational model and successfully managing projects and changes.
You will work closely with our clients' management in the following areas:
Operational Excellence
- You will identify pain points and propose improvements in terms of processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Planning & Budgeting), people, organisation & governance and systems to increase quality and efficiency.
- You will guide the implementation of these improvement proposals with digital solutions that increase quality and efficiency.
Organisational Design
- Developing and implementing future-oriented organisational structures that better support the organisation's business model and strategy.
Project & Change Management
- Guiding successful transformation projects, with a focus on guiding teams in new working methods, creating support and sustainably embedding changes.
In addition, you will actively contribute to the growth of the TriFinance team by taking a leading role in developing proposals, structurally sharing knowledge and supervising fellow consultants on projects.
Your profile
- Strong academic background, preferably a master's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a similar field
- 7+ years of finance experience and knowledge of end-to-end financial processes
- Experience in improving transactional processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Planning & Budgeting)
- The ambition to be a pragmatic and critical consultant in a rapidly changing environment
- An analytical mindset with a healthy curiosity to discover and grow
- Dutch or French as your mother tongue, proficient in the other language and fluent in English
