As an IT Infrastructure and Workplace Engineer at TriFinance, you will be instrumental in transforming our internal technology landscape into a highly efficient, modern workplace platform. Your mission is to deliver a seamless, state-of-the-art end-user experience driven by self-service principles.
You will focus on designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions utilizing hybrid cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, private cloud, iPaas, Saas) to ensure scalability, security, and performance. This includes standardizing and automating our core services and applications, enabling our colleagues to access and manage their IT resources instantly and independently.
Equally crucial, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about integrating modern collaboration tools, streamlining provisioning processes, and bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and business enablement. Above all, you must be eager to tackle complexity with a relentless focus on curiosity, automation, and user-centric design.
Your challenge
As an IT Infrastructure & Workplace Engineer in the S2S team, you will run, maintain, and improve our IT services, focusing on workplace applications, infrastructure and hybrid cloud to ensure high functional/non-functional impact.
Core Responsibilities
- IT Service Management: Management of ITSM tooling, contact person for partners & suppliers and 1st and 2nd line support and follow-up of specific internal and external projects.
- Service & Application Management: Manage MS platform tools (Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Company Portal), IAM, and license allocation. Handle incidents and problems with ITSM partners.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee network, datacenter, telephony, and Azure Interaction Services.
- Workplace & Asset Management: Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle (laptops, phones and consumables) including stock, ordering, and EOL replacements and manage the delivery model via BringMe boxes and onsite support service.
- Automation & Development: Analyze user requirements and deploy code to increase application efficiency. Integrate software, ensure compatibility, and enhance the build-test-deployment pipeline, aiming for zerotouch automation.
- Performance & Security: Guarantee efficient cloud environment performance and proactively preempt maintenance and security issues to avoid defects. Develop, lead, and embed security projects in close collaboration with the Security Officer.
- Collaboration: Support data and software engineers, co-create future developments, and collaborate daily with S2S colleagues, XSU leads, and the leadership team.
Your profile
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer in IT infrastructure and workplace. Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern workplace environments (Google, Microsoft).
- Experience with IT Asset Management and Modern Workplace tools (MS Intune, Entra ID).
- Experience with IT Infrastructure Management (Cisco Meraki preferred) and hybrid cloud technologies like Azure, private cloud, iPaas, Saas.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ServiceNow preferred) and the management of managed service partners

- Fluent in English is mandatory. Dutch, French, and/or German are an advantage.
