Senior Talent Advisor - Focus freelance network

As a Senior Talent Advisor, you are the central point of contact for our interim managers and freelancers. You build a strong network, maintain sustainable relationships, and ensure that incoming opportunities are quickly and accurately matched with the right profile.

You work autonomously in a dynamic environment with significant responsibility: you safeguard the quality of our talent pool as well as the collaboration with our freelancers.


Your challenge

Network

  • Act as the primary contact and conduct in-depth intake interviews with freelancers to pinpoint their expertise, ambitions, and availability.
  • Provide them with necessary information regarding the Portfolio of Services and TriFinance’s way of working.
  • Expand and maintain the freelance network, focusing on high-quality and relevant profiles.


Data & Process Management

  • Ensure profiles are correctly and fully registered in Salesforce; update and standardize data.
  • Monitor the quality of a large freelance database and critically improve processes.
  • Manage freelance vacancies, follow up on mailboxes, and process incoming applications efficiently.


Matching

  • Identify opportunities via Business Managers, client portals, or internal leads and immediately propose the right candidate to the client.
  • Follow up on the recruitment process with the client through to the contract phase.
  • Serve as a backup for the Matching Team and perform ad hoc matching assignments.


Your profile

Experience & Expertise

  • Experience with senior profiles and high-level conversations (Senior Management, C-level).
  • Proficient in both Dutch and French; a strong command of English is preferred.

  • Strong communicator, empathetic, and coaching-oriented.
  • Assertive, entrepreneurial, and unafraid to challenge.
  • You enjoy human contact and have the ability to build genuine connections.
  • Analytical mindset and a critical attitude.
