Young Graduate Finance & Risk
Want to grow your ambitions?
That’s what we aim for at TriFinance.
Good news: that’s exactly what we want for you too.
At TriFinance, you’ll start in our Young Hub Programme, a trainee programme where you take centre stage. You can join this programme during our Young Hub week in September 2026.
You’ll discover what finance and risk are really all about (spoiler: it’s more than just calculating risks), build the skills you need to excel, and work on projects that really challenge you.
Sound good? Great, because we’re already looking forward to meeting you.
Your challenge
Our Young Hub programme?A one-and-a-half-year trainee programme that begins with an onboarding week.
During this week, we cover key topics in finance and consulting.
We focus on both soft skills and hard skills, and ensure there’s time to unwind after all the hard work.
After the onboarding week, it’s time for the real work.
Through a range of carefully selected projects, you’ll gain experience at leading companies.
During regular check-ins, we closely monitor your progress so that we can always support you in achieving your personal goals.
Which sector can I start in?
You’ll be working in the corporate sector (multinationals and SMEs). One thing is certain: during your first projects, we’ll familiarise you with the basic principles of finance processes focused on risk management.
At the same time, we’ll train you to become a fully-fledged consultant. This means that, once you’ve completed our programme, you’ll be able to tackle any project with confidence!
Challenging enough for you?
