Your challenge
- Co-creating with clients, business and IT stakeholders to define a product vision.
- Translating the product vision into a product roadmap and backlog.
- Defining the MVP (Minimum viable product) and learning from market data to further improve the product.
- Writing, preparing, and prioritizing user stories to ensure maximum value delivery for the client.
- Playing an active role in the agile ceremonies and accepting user stories.
- Being able to say 'no' to requests that could jeopardize the sprint goal or product roadmap.
Your profile
- First-hand experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in the financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban (certifications are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to convey the right message to both the development team and senior management.
- Pragmatic and proactive approach.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and strong English skills are essential as our clients are in Brussels and Antwerp.
- Flexibility is key.
