Your challenge

Ready for the next step in your career as a Business Controller? Do you have big plans to develop your expertise in a whole new sector or do you aspire to grow in your role at a multinational? At TriFinance, you choose which project-based assignments you take on! 

Depending on your preferences, expertise and project, your tasks will range from:
  • Analyzing financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, etc.
  • Based on your insights you formulate advice towards the business
  • You make relevant analyses to discuss with the management
  • You are responsible for reporting, variance analyses and P&L and balance sheet analyses
  • You are responsible for the budget and forecast process
  • You support the strategic planning process
  • Project Management
  • Do you also want to work as a mentor? In this case, you get the opportunity to actively share your knowledge with other colleagues
You choose where you work! With offices in Antwerp, Zaventem, Hasselt, Ghent, Roeselare and Louvain-la-Neuve, we are present throughout Belgium.

Your profile

  • Proud owner of an Economics Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You are fluent in Dutch/French and English
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling.
  • That also means that you are system minded: you have a good knowledge of Excel and a lot of experience with ERP
  • Growth and knowledge sharing are important to you! As a team player, you like to share your knowledge.
  • Your mindset? Problems are there to be solved!
  • Numbers are totally your thing, but you also want to grow as a People Manager.
