Your profile

We are looking for a true team player who recognizes themselves in the following:

• A strong motivation to discover the fascinating world of recruitment
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You are dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to convey this to potential candidates
• As an ambassador for TriFinance, you proactively connect with potential candidates and participate in various recruitment events
• You are responsible for campus recruitment and represent TriFinance towards universities, colleges, and student organizations, building relationships for future collaboration
• You are an effective communicator who digs deeper during interviews to fully understand candidates’ backgrounds and ambitions
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English, and French
• With a critical mindset, you are capable of identifying and selecting the right candidates
• Taking initiative comes naturally to you, and you enjoy thinking about improvements to our recruitment processes.
