Medior ERP Project Manager

Your challenge

  • As a Medior ERP Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customer. Your projects will be either tool selections, full implementations (small to medium sized), phased rollouts, upgrades, improvement projects, or even getting a failed implementation back on track. 
  • You coordinate project activities and facilitate communication between the internal stakeholders and the implementation partner, ensuring that the customer’s business requirements are clearly communicated and met. Your leadership will be key in managing resources, mitigating risks and driving the project to success.
  • You define project scope, objectives and success criteria in collaboration with the customer and your TriFinance mentor.
  • You coordinate and manage all activities related to the project and ensure active engagement from all stakeholders.
  • You monitor and report on project progress and budget, resolve issues and escalate challenges when necessary, with support of your mentor.
  • You ensure that all project stakeholders are and remain aligned throughout the life cycle of the project.

Your profile

  • A degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Commercial Engineering, IT with Business major or relevant experience 
  • A first experience as a junior project manager, project coordinator or as a PMO officer in ERP projects.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and ERP systems (training and mentorship will be provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
  • You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
