Finance Transformation Consultant

Your challenge

As a Finance Transformation Consultant at TriFinance, you will support organisations in the context of finance transformation. You will help to optimise finance processes, develop organisational models and support change processes. 

You will work closely with your fellow Consultants and with our clients in the following areas:

Operational Excellence:

• You will analyse financial processes such as Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Planning & Budgeting.
• You will identify pain points and propose improvements in terms of processes, people, organisation & governance and systems in order to increase quality and efficiency.
• You will support the implementation of these improvement proposals.
• You will contribute to process documentation, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Organisational Design Support:

• You will support the development of new organisational structures and roles within the finance department.
• You will collect data, benchmark and prepare recommendations for management.
• You will contribute to drawing up job profiles and governance proposals.

Project & Change Management Support:

• You will support project teams in finance transformation projects.
• You will help prepare workshops, communication and training.
• You will follow up on actions, monitor deadlines and ensure that stakeholders remain well informed.

Your profile

• Strong academic background, preferably a master's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a similar field
• 3+ years of finance experience and knowledge of end-to-end financial processes
• First experience with improving transactional processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Planning & Budgeting)
• The ambition to be a pragmatic and critical consultant in a rapidly changing environment
• An analytical mindset with a healthy curiosity to discover and grow
• Dutch or French as your mother tongue, proficient in the other language and fluent in English
