Are you an expert in financial management and do you require the financial foundation to take local company's to the next level? Are you active as a freelancer? Then you are the ideal Interim Manager to act as a partner of TriFinance.

Your challenge

As an Interim Manager, you will perform – in collaboration with TriFinance – various projects at our clients in the public sector. Depending on the client's request and your expertise, the following project perspectives are – not exclusively – possible avenues:

  • taking on the role of financial director, being the first point of contact as well as the person ultimately responsible for the financial domain;
  • analyzing and optimizing financial policy and actively searching for innovative solutions tailored to local government;
  • acting as a financial advisor and, among other things, analyzing the client's budgetary and financial perspectives in the short term and with a five-year outlook;

Every perspective mentioned above is accompanied by stimulating, mentoring, and coaching teams.


 

Your profile

As an Interim Manager, you are proactive and ready for a challenge. You adopt a communicative stance and detect the client's needs. Based on this analysis, you create tailored solutions that offer the client added value, whether on a small or large scale.

As a partner of TriFinance, you are also willing to share knowledge with our organization, for example, by taking on a mentoring role for our project consultants within projects. You are an ambassador for TriFinance and radiate their unique philosophy.
 

In addition to a good dose of soft skills, as an Interim Manager you possess:

  • a bachelor's or master's degree;
  • thorough knowledge regarding financial management in general, as well as regarding the management of (local) public finances;
  • strategic insight that can be translated into concrete objectives and actions;
  • knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
