Are you the commercial builder who opens doors and solidifies relationships? Do you get energy from translating finance challenges into concrete consultancy solutions? As a Business Manager at TriFinance, you will take the lead in further expanding our market position in Antwerp, the Kempen, and Limburg. You focus on action: winning new ground and maximizing impact with our existing clients through a pragmatic approach.

Your challenge

In this role, you are the connecting force between client needs and our expertise. No ivory tower, but a hands-on business partner for management and C-level.

  • Relationship Management with Impact: You dive deep into our existing client portfolio. Through close contact and regular follow-up, you understand their changing needs and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across our entire portfolio.
  • Consultative Selling: You listen to the needs within the finance department and translate them directly into pragmatic solutions, ranging from project sourcing to targeted advice.
  • Business Development: You proactively spot new opportunities at mid-size and large corporates. You are not afraid to effectively open doors.
  • Staying Top-of-Mind: You are present where your clients are. Whether via LinkedIn, at networking events, or during an informal lunch; you build a warm ecosystem.
  • Result Orientation: You don’t use market data and client insights for thick reports, but to sharpen your commercial actions every single day.

Your profile

  • Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial sales or consultancy role (B2B).
  • Finance Affinity: You understand what is happening in a finance department and speak the language of the CFO and the Finance Manager.
  • Mindset: You are a true doer. You have strong communication skills, a pragmatic attitude, and find satisfaction in achieving concrete commercial results.
  • Team Player: You are looking for the power and stability of an ambitious organization to grow together in a permanent employment relationship.
  • Languages: You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
