For our Recruitment & Selection services, we are seeking a Talent Partner to guide our clients through the entire hiring process, from intake through successful placement. In this role, you will have a direct impact on both our clients and the careers of professionals.
 

Your challenge

As the key link between our clients, the Business Manager and candidates, you ensure a smooth and high‑quality recruitment process.

You will:
  • Shape a clear and complete job profile by asking the right questions and challenging client expectations when needed.
  • Craft job advertisements in the TriFinance house style and publish them across the appropriate channels.
  • Conduct active searches via LinkedIn and internal databases and present potential candidates. You know how to grow and maintain a strong candidate network.
  • Keep clients closely informed throughout the search and stay in regular contact with candidates about their progress.
  • Support clients in preparing salary proposals and align on the start date once the match is made.
  • Contribute ideas to improve our recruitment processes continuously.

Your profile

Skills
  • You communicate with confidence and enjoy reaching out to new clients and candidates. Professionalism and reliability are your trademarks.
  • You’re able to make sound judgments, think pragmatically and act with a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • You work accurately and ensure client reporting and candidate information are always on point.
  • Since client meetings may be online or on-site, you’re flexible and willing to travel across Flanders during business hours.

Knowledge & Experience
  • You speak Dutch and French fluently. A good command of English is also required.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role. Experience with finance or accounting profiles is a strong plus.
