On Friday May 12, we shared this enormous milestone with all employees during an exceptional day and night in Amsterdam ー the city of our headquarters. It was also a key turning point for our founder, Gert Smit, who turned to the next generations in line by stepping down as chairman of the board.

Why 21 years?
Well, we're not the ones to follow convention, and hitting the 21-year mark is uniquely special. It is a milestone of maturity. We've improved our skills and expertise to better serve our employees and subsequently our clients, on our own terms. This anniversary provided the perfect opportunity to reflect on our journey so far, and get excited about what the future holds.
