A sense of connection is not just about having a place in a group or organization. It is also about being able to have open conversations, and having the space to develop yourself and share knowledge. It is about experiencing moments together that matter - big or small - and knowing that your voice counts. “Curiosity and authenticity are often the start of true connection: an open mind, understanding each other and working together - it is part of TriFinance as an organization and brings us closer together,” explains Lionel van Pottelsberghe (Project Consultant Financial Institutions).
In three words
“TriFinance in three words? Openness, getting & seizing opportunities and solution-oriented thinking,” Lionel starts. “It sometimes happens that in other consulting companies you feel like ‘a number’, but that is anything but the case at TriFinance. You are really seen and heard. You make new connections almost automatically, precisely because there is a genuine focus on connection and affiliation. Your personal growth is not only given room here, but also real attention. The interest in who you are and what you need feels honest and authentic,” Lionel continues.
Your personal growth is not only given room here, but also real attention. The interest in who you are and what you need feels honest and authentic.
For Willem-Jan Dryvers (Senior Project Consultant at CFO Services), those three words are more or less the same: openness, mutual trust and the right support. “From day one you receive a warm welcome at TriFinance: during lunch with the team you immediately get to know the faces behind the names. When looking for specific expertise, too, you are never alone - a mentor acts as a sounding board and helps you on your way during your projects. Whether it’s practical questions or personal growth, there is always someone to fall back on. That support and closeness create the basis of true connection,” explains Willem-Jan.
No one-way street
That connectedness at TriFinance goes much further, Willem-Jan can also confirm in his role as a mentor. “My role as a mentor is also a big part of connectedness: you get to know new people, help them on their way, and in the meantime grow along with them yourself. Also in the network of mentors, experiences are shared and everyone continues to learn from each other. Growth is not a one-way street - it works both ways. And that is exactly what keeps my role at TriFinance fresh and challenging,” says Willem-Jan.
Lionel: “The power of connectedness at TriFinance is just being able to work with people who have the same mindset, and share the same drive. And you notice that in the open atmosphere, the mutual respect and the space to grow at your own pace. That’s really in the culture here, and you can feel it.”
Unique
At TriFinance we believe that all our employees have a unique personality. Here, you are an entrepreneur of your own talent, skills and ambition. And that unique talent deserves the space to grow, with challenging projects, training tailored to your needs and a dedicated internal team (BaseCamp). We are here to celebrate your achievements, and guide you at every moment of your journey at TriFinance. Lionel: “We make a unique team where collaboration is always key. Under one roof, we bring together a broad mix of profiles, each with their own expertise and perspective. That way we keep challenging each other, with curiosity and authenticity as drivers for a strong sense of belonging.”
At TriFinance, I can shape my role, take my career in hands and learn from others. That kind of environment creates a strong sense of purpose and commitment.
“For me, connectedness means being able to align my personal interests and vision with the work I do. It’s about much more than feeling at home, it’s contributing to a bigger picture in a way that reflects who I am. At TriFinance, I can shape my role, take my career in hands and learn from others. That kind of environment creates a strong sense of purpose and commitment,” concludes Willem-Jan.
